Dear Parents:
Welcome to Moanalua Elementary School Kindergarten!  We look forward to working with you and your child during the coming school year.*

We will be meeting with PARENTS ONLY on first day for students at 8:30 AM.  Please report to the Cafetorium for an orientation meeting with our school principal.  This is a very important meeting so please be sure to attend.

Kindergarten class list, indicating each kindergartner’s room number, assessment and orientation group, and a copy of the assessment/orientation schedule, will be posted on the wall of the school library on Saturday before the first day for students.

On your child’s testing day, please have him/her bring the school supplies in a large sack labeled with his/her name and room number.  Please be sure to label each item with permanent markers. (This includes each crayon, marker and pencil.)

On your child’s assessment day, please take him/her to Room K2 for check in at assigned time, then pick him/her up there immediately after the screening period. 

Other information will be given to you at this time regarding school policies and procedures.  Please be sure to keep it handy for reference through out the school year.
