
Astronaut Lacy Veach
Registration is now open for the 9th annual celebration and special day honoring the life and legacy of Charles Lacy Veach, who grew up in Honolulu with an interest in science, had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, and went on to fly two Space Shuttle missions. The program is a day full of fun, science related learning activities and is open to children in grades 4 -12 and teachers of any grade level or subject.

Time: 8:00am – 3:00pm
Place: Punahou School
Note: students in grades 4-8 must be accompanied by a parent/other adult throughout the day.
Registration is free. Please note that registration is limited to 600 participants and sign ups fill up extremely quickly. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
