On October 21, 2010, OfficeMax donated 100 brand new mouse pads to Moanalua Elementary. Responding to a request from a concerned parent who noticed that a computer lab did not have mouse pads, Business Development Manager Cheryl Kalaau of OfficeMax took action and managed to secure enough mouse pads for three labs! Principal Oshiro noted that the donation came just in time for the HSA Testing, which begins next week and which will require students to take their tests online, using the keyboard & mouse. “Having these mouse pads will definitely help the students during the test,” he said. “We’re very grateful for this generous donation.” “OfficeMax was happy to provide students with this donation,” Cheryl said, ” As we also support schools nationwide through our ‘A Day Made Better’ program.” OfficeMax Incorporated (NYSE: OMX) is a leader in both business-to-business office products solutions and retail office products.
